Wilmot's Dairy Limited grew out of its predecessors, Wilmot Bros. Dairy (1928-1931) and Crown Dairy (1931-1947). In September 1948, Wilmot's Dairy Limited opened in Kingston, located at Princess Street and Bath Road. The Dairy was renamed to Wilmot's Dairy [1967] Limited in April 1967, when they sold their assets to Bill and Ray Wilmot. The dairy was sold to Beatrice Foods in 1970, and ceased operations in 1980.

Fonds consists of one binder of photographs, clippings, notes, ephemera and correspondence from Wilmot's Dairy, including some annotations from Marilyn Wilmot Boston (Ken Wilmot's daughter).
