History
Vice-Principal Human Services was established in 1988. Dr. Alice Baumgart was appointed to this position for a five-year term which commenced on July 1 1988. Along with overall responsibility for personnel services, employment, pay equity and staff benefits, this position also oversaw some student services. Vice-Principal Human Services was disbanded in 1993 with the retirement of Dr. Alice Baumgart and its duties was dispersed between the VP Resources; VP Operations and University Relations; and the departments of Pensions & Benefits and Human Resources.
