The fonds consists of predominantly textual records created over a 35 year span reflecting the operations of Harvest House Ltd. Publishing and includes correspondence, manuscripts, galleys, book covers, cover art, promotional material, book review clippings, contracts and financial information. The material has been arranged by the archivist into the following series: Published projects; Administrative files; and Unpublished materials.
Fonds consists of scripts and screenplays of numerous Canadian films shot in the 1970s and 1980s; copy of "A Proposal" to establish a Department of Film Studies, written by Peter Harcourt; publications and other printed material; videocassettes including "Flora MacDonald Campaign" [197-?], "Bieler" (1973), and "Andre Bieler: The View From My Room Is Great" (1986); DVD containing three films produced, directed, and/or edited by Michael MacMillan including "The Academic Cloister"(1976), "Queen's Way" (1977), and "Queen's Colours" (1978); and a copy of "Pillar of Wisdom" (1970), produced by the National Film Board of Canada.
Fonds consists of the records of the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory, including early records, project files, management files, contracts, bid documents, meeting reports, annual reports, financial statements, project reports, publicity files, subject files, sound recordings and moving image.
Fonds consists of office records, photographs and negatives mostly produced as a result of his business activities as a professional photographer. Images include wedding portraits, passport and school photographs, group photographs of local organizations and the staff of businesses, and local Thousand Island and Gananoque scenes.
Fonds consists of photographs of Maureen Armstrong and her classmates while at Queen's, and includes such buildings as Muir House, Macdonnell House, and LaSalle Barracks No. 8 and No. 9, as well as the 1950-1951 Queen's Women's Hockey Team, the Phys-Ed Ski Team, and a candle lighting ceremony.

Fonds comprises correspondence from Al Purdy to Diane Dawber; approximately 150-200 letters. Also includes a copy of Dawber's "Nutrient Scent Test," (2017).
