Grant Timmins was a draftsman and an Alderman for the City of Kingston. He served as Chair of of the Parks, Recreation and Property Committee.

Fonds consists of scrapbooks detailing Timmins' tenure as an Alderman for the City of Kingston, as well as records relating to his career as a draftsman. Includes photographs, correspondence, clippings, and technical drawings. Also includes a scrapbook detailing the history of William John Allen, aka "Dollar Bill."
