Campbell, Dr. James

Campbell, Dr. James

This seems to be a rough sketch for 0151[b]. The dimensions of the rooms are the same as those of the Campbell cottage, also the central space is shown to rise to the rafters.

Forbes Finley A.

Final plan for the Forbes cottage: a broad T-plan with screened verandah and an interesting dining nook that is part of the verandah, and bedrooms opening onto it as well. Land purchased in 1916 by Forbes, sold in 1925 to Charles Price for $500. This may mean that the cottage was not built, as the price seems very low for land with a building on it.
