Scope and content
On April 21, 1952 a small village of people known as the Cheslatta T'en were given 2 days to move from their homes and territory. Alcan was flooding the Cheslatta Lake for Hydro-Electric Power and Aluminum. The Cheslatta People said no, but Alcan proceeded to flood the lake. This short documentary talks to members of the Cheslatta Community about their memories and feelings about this event.
