Item is an electro-steel engraving of Prince Rupert, former of the Hudson Bay comapny in 1670 done by Van Dyck and from an orignal by Van Dyck. bellow the oval poertrait is an engraving of the subjects seal and autograph from an orignal letter to King Charles I in the possesion of John Thame (from 1619-1682) reading: "Most obedient nephue & faithful sevant Rupert". Matted with one corner attached and put into slieve by Peter Holdswoth October 10, 2008.
