Afterwards Townsend talks about admittance in the hospital. Halladay talks about recordkeeping at the hospital. Dr Baker then talks about the psychology department. Eadie-Rutten describes the department of speech pathology. Connop talks about the department of social work. Sister Matthews talks about health services at the hospital. Sister Fardella talks about the Day Hospital program. Mallen discusses material management at the hospital. Cross talks about the hospital's physiotherapy programs. Boudreau talks about occupational therapy. O'Shea talks about planning patient discharges. Finally, Goodchild talks about the recreational therapy programs.

Location: Staged nursing home . Video is an acted skit based on a true scenario. Mrs Porter is an elderly woman with Alzheimer's in a nursing home. Brenda is her daughter who visits her, and discovers her mother has cancer. Brenda is very against any surgery being performed on her mother, but the doctor advises her to let them operate. She gets advice from a family doctor, and then the video ends.

Video is of a ceremony recreating the cornerstone dedication of the Kingston City Hall, but for Stauffer Library the year before it was opened. Begins with a panning shot over crowd gathered outside Stauffer. The Queen's Band plays a few songs, and then MacClatchy introduces the speakers. Benedickson then talks about the history of Stauffer Library. Smith talks further about the function and importance of the library. The cornerstone of the library is then unveiled, and loaded with a time capsule. The plinth is then closed.
