Biographical history
John McIntyre, QC, was a barrister and solicitor in Kingston, Ontario. He and Donald M. McIntyre were partners of McIntyre and M'Intyre. John died in 1916.

The fonds consists of correspondence, legal documents, war medals, photographs, two copies of the Holy Bible and a certificate signed by Winston Churchill with reference to the fact that Lt. R.C. McIntyre,16th Br., C.E.F., was mentioned in a dispatch from Field Marshall Sir Douglas Haig.
