Final plan for the Forbes cottage: a broad T-plan with screened verandah and an interesting dining nook that is part of the verandah, and bedrooms opening onto it as well. Land purchased in 1916 by Forbes, sold in 1925 to Charles Price for $500. This may mean that the cottage was not built, as the price seems very low for land with a building on it.

Plan for a frame summer cottage very similar to 0157; Cottage was not built as designed, but rather greatly simplified. Mrs Campbell did not recognize the drawings as having anything to do with her cottage.
