Collection consists of 73 photographs of Queen's buildings. The photographs were taken ca 1964 and are individually numbered beside each image. These numbers correspond to written description about each building (written description is enclosed in folder with the photographs). The written descriptions contain information regarding date of building, architect and cost.
This collection consists of architectural drawings for Queen's University buildings and properties such as Douglas Library, Stirling Hall, Ontario Hall, George Richardson Memorial Stadium, and Miller Hall. Many of these drawings are for later renovations.
This collection is comprised of six panoramic prints and a colour print. The photographs were taken by photographer Harry O. Dodge, depicting various activities and historical re-enactments: Scene II of the First Pageant - Jacques Cartier at the Court of Francis the 1st; Second Pageant - Champlain receives his commission from Henry IV; a Seventh Pageant scene; the fleet of visiting ships in the St. Lawrence River at the foot of the Citadel; the Eighth Pageant scene; and the Navel and Military Review before H.R.H. The Prince of Wales on July 24th, 1908. The print is a chromo lithograph from the Toronto Lithograph Company's Christmas Globe edition titled 'The Military Review at Quebec Tercentenary Celebration'.
The fonds consists of manuscripts for books published by Quarry Press, correspondence with authors, administrative and financial records. Included are submissions and related files for Quarry Magazine, Canadian Fiction Magazine and Poetry Canada, as well as manuscripts, notes, photographs and edited copies for other publications by Quarry. The fonds also contains some research notes and photographs for each of the books published by Quarry. The manuscripts include original typescripts, edits, galley proofs and finished publications. The fonds contains the following series: Correspondence, Administrative records, Financial records, Marketing, Promotion, Manuscripts, and Magazines.
