Fonds consists of notes, speeches, photographs, as well as minutes and records of various organizations or institutions that Swain was a member of, or worked for. There are also day planners, correspondence and clippings pertaining to art related topics.

Collection consists of hockey memorabilia, including materials relating to the Ontario Hockey Association, the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association, among other associations. Also includes a collection of records and other personal items that belonged to James T. Sutherland.

The fonds consists of records documenting Ann Clarke's life as an artist from her days at the Slade to her most current exhibitions and is comprised of the following series: Journals/diaries; Correspondence; Subject files; and, Exhibits.

The fonds consists of notes on Kingston families, arranged alphabetically, prepared by Preston during writing of his book, Kingston during the War of 1812. Page proofs, photographs and printed copies of Preston's book. For friends at home : a Scottish emigrant : letters from Canada, California and the Caribou, 1844-1860.

Diary of a young woman touring the Thousand Islands for the month of August 1883 starting in Hartford, Connecticut on August 1st, 1883 and ending in Montreal on September 1st, 1883. The author spends much of the diary remarking on the beauty of the scenery, the quality of the food and variations in the weather. She recounts day excursions on both American and Canadian islands and towns and mentions Clayton, Alexandria Bay, Gananoque, Brown's Bay, Hay's Island, Whitney Point, Guernsey Point, and Stave, Bluff and Skinner islands. She is traveling with the Redfield family (Mr. and Mrs. Redfield and their children George and Henry) and the "Professor". They encounter a Dr. Norris who is known to the family. When they arrive in Montreal they stay at the Windsor Hotel, which is greatly admired.

There is an additional three page entry at the end of the diary describing a trip to the White Mountains in New Hampshire in September of 1885.

Item is a plaque titled "Sir Charles Tupper Bart," puchased from the Joint Exhibition of the Royal Canadian Academy and of The Ontario Society of Artists (Toronto).

Fonds consists of items belonging to John Howard Box, Meds 1915. This includes 1 gold ring: CIAU Hockey Championship 1914; 1 hockey puck from Queen's hockey game in Boston 1911; 1 tam with curling pins attached and 1 WWI diary kept by John Howard Box while serving on the front [1915-1916].
