The fonds consists of correspondence, drafts of his books, poems, photographs and news clippings. Correspondents include W.B. Yeats, other members of the Yeats family, George Russell (A.E.), George Moore, John Eglinton and Padraic Colum.
The collection consists of a number of tintypes and other photographs collected by Herman Balesic over the years. The hand-tinted tintype portraits were mainly taken by J.D. Wallis, melainotype artist, who had an office on Market Square in Kingston, Ontario. The other portraits are examples of the work of other local photographers such as Spohn, Bell, Abbott and Sheldon and Davis.
This fonds consists of postcards of Kingston Street Railway streetcars in various locations including King Street at the top of the Penitentiary hill, Union and Alfred Streets, the streetcar barns, and Lake Ontario Park Zoo; ribbons from the Kingston Street Railway annual 'pic-nic'.
Fonds consists of minutes including minues of the Meetings of the Advisory Committee to the Course on Nursing (1946-1965), reports; subject files; records relating to alumnae reunions; correspondence files pertaining to Josephine Reddick and her work; records and photos relating to the 50th Anniversary Reunion of the School, and especially the Reunion Dinner; photographs of Nursing '91 at the grease pole in 1987, as well as various shots of buildings on campus, convocations, and nursing related events.
The collection consists of postcards, photographs and a dinner menu assembled by Margaret Hutson pertaining to Harry Litchfield. Of particular note are the photographs of the Thousand Islands Railway engine and the early model automobiles.
Fonds comprises correspondence written by Alister Mathews to his client, Mary F. Williamson, in reference to the sale of old master drawings and watercolours (1956-1972). Also included are catalogues of works that Mathews had on offer (1949-1982, 1987) accompanied by the occasional photograph of a specific work. There are also a few invoices for purchased work. Also includes photographs of art bought and sold by Alister Mathews in the course of his work as an art dealer. Photographs record details and sales information on the reverse. Some correspondence with Fenella Cecil, John Sunderland, and Sir Anthony Blunt.
