The fonds consists of both textual and photographic material created and distributed by Freedman Company Limited pertaining mainly to the advertising, promotion and sales of their clothing lines. Included in the business records is material relating to the trademarks owned and patented by the company. There is also some earlier family material relating to some of the founding members of the company. The fonds has been arranged alphabetically within the following series: Business material and Family material.
This collection includes a small amount of material directly pertaining to Morgan himself, such as his appointment as archivist, as well as correspondence relating to his work as an historian and archivist. The majority of the documents are those recieved by Morgan in his active documentation of the history of certain regions in Ontario. The majority of the material is from the Morris family documenting the settlement of the Perth area, with additional material about the Radenhurst family and Justice John Wilson of the Superior Court of Upper Canada.
The fonds consists of land records, receipts, ledgers, records of military service, paper silhouettes, an autograph book and correspondence. Taken together these record activities of the various branches of the family since its arrival in Canada. It must be noted here that these papers are not by any means a complete record of these activities but they do provide an interesting insight into the family at various times over the years.
Fonds consists of the original Mallorytown Land Grant (1802); land records and legal documents relating to various family members including Israel, Israel B. and Julia A., Wilbert Israel Mallory (1804-1901); records and forms relating to Wilbert Israel Mallory's time as bailiff and auctioneer in the Mallorytown area (1875-1938).

Fonds consists of subject files documenting the evolution of one of the original Networks of Centres of Excellence, established by the Government of Canada, from its founding in 1988, until its winding down in 1994. Included are Board, Executive, Committee, and Section minutes and reports; annual, scientific programme, and scientific meeting reports; correspondence and memoranda; legal records; budgets, financial reports and statements; research reports; agreements and reports surrounding Network partnerships; grant applications; and newsletters.
Fonds consists of correspondence, to and from Maxwell McIlquham, his parents, siblings, friends, and military authorities from his time as a student at Queen's University at Kingston, to his tragic death on the battlefield in France, during World War One.

The fonds consists of minutes of meetings with the Kingston, Frontenac Lennox & Addington Board of Health and Health Services Restructuring Commission, manuscripts for textbooks on health policy creation, and correspondence relating to the creation of health policy. This fonds contains the following series: Instruction (1984-1998) and Committees (1975-1998).
