The records include polling data and presentations made throughout the 1980s and early 1990s for the Progressive Conservative government, speeches given to corporations and associations across Canada, and slides for Decima Quarterly. The material illustrates many aspects of the history of Montague and Kitley Townships as well as the activities of Lockwood Family. The files also contain a great deal of research material relating to the Loyal Orange Lodge and the Rural Telephone Company of Kitley Limited. Petitions to the Montague Township Council and Township Assessment rolls are invaluable for a study to the early history of this township. A large collection of photographs illustrate the social history of the area.

Fonds consists of correspondence, subject files, clippings, war diaries and notebooks relating to all aspects of Edmison's career in the fields of criminology and university administration, including the National Parole Board of Canada, and Queen's University at Kingston. In addition, it contains a very large collection of his writings, addresses, and photographs. Also includes material relating to Edmison's work with the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration.
The fonds consists of correspondence, memoranda, research notes and various records detailing Mr. Russell's personal and professional life from his university years until 1999. Included here are files about Mr. Russell's family, his teaching career at Ryerson Polytechnical Institute, his investments both in property and the stock market, and a large number of personal letters. As with his personal life, Robin Russell seems to have saved virtually everything of any interest at all from his professional career. Here are correspondence he had with a wide range of individuals regarding sometimes very sensitive matters. There are files, including the transcript of a court case at which he testified, and memos to various cabinet ministers and members of Parliament for which he worked. There are records of the many election campaigns, including his own, that he fought over the years. Political analysis done for the Liberal party, travel vouchers, files on Royal Tours and even expense accounts are all included here.
The fonds consists of architectural drawings and accompanying project files reflecting the solo career of Lily Inglis including projects she undertook in England, Italy, Philadelphia and Kingston. The drawings consist of tracing paper originals, pencil sketches, diazotypes, acetates, sepia diazoa and black line prints of a variety of different sizes.
