The fonds consists of correspondence, general orders and abstracts. The collection of 11 manuscript volumes contains official copies of many hundreds of letters, documents and orders written by the Duke of Richmond and his adjutants during his service as Commander-in-Chief of the forces in British North America. There is also a letter written by Richmond to an unidentified recipient dated May 17 1818.

Roberts and his friends and family. Also includes letters from Roberts to M.O. Consists of views of United Church of Canada churches in the Kingston area including Collins Bay, Brockville, Elgin, Gananoque, Sydenham and Sharbot Lake and portraits of Rev. W.T. McKenzie and Rev. and Mrs. W.P. Fletcher.

The fonds consists of correspondence, subject files, news clippings, speeches and scrapbooks of the debates of the Saskatchewan Legislature, 1917-1926. The papers contain a record of Mr. Dunning's career from the time of his entry into politics in 1912 until the late 1950's. The microfilm material reflects the original material held by the Archives of Saskatchewan and pertains to Dunning's activities as Provincial Cabinet Minister and Premier of Saskatchewan. The political aspect is dominant until 1940 and after that, with his retirement from politics, his business interests take precedence.
