Fonds consists of correspondence, lists, card files, photographs, photographic negatives, and clippings regarding those alumni, graduates, students, and staff who served and/or died during World War One and World War Two, and whose names were memorialized in the Union's War Memorial Room. Also included are minutes of the Student's Memorial Union Council 1922-1966; blueprints; ledger, photographs, and press clippings. The 10th Field Company Canadian Engineers series also includes material from 10th Batallion Canadian Engineers after it was formed from the 10th Field Company Canadian Engineers and detachment from the 124th Batallion (G.G.B.G.) 4th pioneers, 2nd Tunnelling Company Canadian Engineers and 14th Field Company Canadian Engineers.
The fonds consists of correspondence, minutes, financial records, membership lists, and announcements maintained by various Secretary-Treasurers over the years; an album celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the founding of the Society (1990); subject files; copies of papers read before the Society.
Fonds contains Faculty yearbooks (1899-1927) and 'Tricolor/Tricolour' Yearbooks (1928-2009); photographs taken for the 'Tricolour '90' Yearbook, including students, their activities and events, campus and community scenes and events; colour and black and white prints, page layouts from the 1991 'Tricolour' Yearbook; colour slides, black and white negatives, prints and contact sheets from the 1992 'Tricolour' Yearbook; black and white negatives from the Golden Words, circa 1980's; funeral of John Deutsch; photographs (1994-1997).

Collection consists of articles relating to the School, derived from various publications; clippings; copies of graduation diplomas issued by the School; an unpublished history of the School by Dr. T.W. Dukes (1997).
