Collection consists of a notebook of a family doctor practicising in Prince Edward County in 1858, and includes records of births, deaths, and general illnesses and treatments. Included is a tribute to Wes Curran on Sunday, 5 July, 1981. Also includes copies of Queen's Meds class pictures (some with identification keys) including H.W. Curran. A copy of the 1941-1945 notebook was made in 2005.
Two architectural plans for the ornamental aviary at Lemoines Point Farm. Drawings are in black ink on tracing paper. They were made by Margot Keate in November of 1996.

The fonds consists of photographs relating to the Queen's Hospital in Cairo in World War 1, showing local and military life and field hospital scenes. Also includes postcards showing images from Le Tréport, Étaples-sur-mer, Boulogne-sur-mar, Verdun and Somme before and after the First World War.
The collection consists of a number of tintypes and other photographs collected by Herman Balesic over the years. The hand-tinted tintype portraits were mainly taken by J.D. Wallis, melainotype artist, who had an office on Market Square in Kingston, Ontario. The other portraits are examples of the work of other local photographers such as Spohn, Bell, Abbott and Sheldon and Davis.

Lent, for two separate, yet similar, plans of a summer home designed for Dr. Edward Atkinson, to be located on Big White Calf Island in the Thousand Islands, Ontario.
