Aerial photographs, (prints & negatives) of Kingston and vicinity as well as Royal visit of 1939, Red Cross nurses, Kingston Collegiate Vocational Institute under construction, Canadian Steamship Lines Grain elevators, Westport, Keyes Supply and scenic shots of the Thousand Islands. The film reel begins with footage of cherry blossoms and then moves on to the 1930 Air Meet held in Kingston. The air show contains scenes of an autogyro, and flour bombing runs on a Model T clad in plywood to resemble a moving tank.
Collection consists of 73 photographs of Queen's buildings. The photographs were taken ca 1964 and are individually numbered beside each image. These numbers correspond to written description about each building (written description is enclosed in folder with the photographs). The written descriptions contain information regarding date of building, architect and cost.

The collection consists of municipal voters' lists from 1921 to 2000, provincial voters' lists from 1938 to 1981, and federal voters' lists from 1953 to 1988. Before 1935, municipal voters lists were used in federal elections. Starting with the election of 1935, federal voters lists were created.The lists bear the names and addresses of eligible voters within a particular polling station. There is also a municipal instruction video regarding elections.
The fonds consists of bound financial records and bound guest books. The bound financial records include Sunday school, donation, missionary, and maintenance records. The financial records predominantly list amounts of monies received from parishioners, monies spent, and information about Church staff. The guest books list the names and addresses of visitors from other churches. The arrangement of this fonds has been established by the archivist.
