The fonds consists of correspondence, clippings, photographs and finacial records. There is also much documentation of their art work usually accompanied by the art work itself. As a whole the fonds represents a comprehensive art collection documenting careers in teaching, painting and exhibiting, installations in stained glass, and participation in the Canadian art community, including World War II art commission.
The fonds contains newsclippings, correspondence and photographs detailing Mr. Beeman's political career as a councilor and Reeve of the former Kingston Township and as the Warden of Frontenac County. Also included is a file of articles written by Beeman during his time as a news correspondent.

The files primarily include correspondence with constituents and ongoing subject files on specific issues, but also contain some of Milliken's work on legislation and Parliamentary committees. The fonds also includes photographs and files around specific events, especially during Milliken's term as Speaker of the House.
