Fonds consists of images of Queen's University buildings, classrooms, and events, including initiation, as well as photographs of Heilig family outings and photos of Carl Heilig's friends. Images were digitized from a photo album by the Heilig family.

Most of the material relates to Johan Jost Herkimer; his son Lawrence Herchmer; Lawrence's son, the Reverend Willam Macaulay Herchmer and his wife Frances and his son Col. William Macaulay Herchmer of the North-West Mounted Police.

Much of this material was created by Moses in her role as a consultant for organizations and well as her professional work within organizations. The gathered material is reflective of the literature that was being produced, and disseminated within the community in the 1970s through the 1990s.
