Collection consists of audio recordings from CBC, interviews with African writers, and other recordings related to African authors. Includes recordings of Chinua Achebe and Douglas Killam (an Achebe scholar).
The album belonged to Maggie Bamford, a sister-in-law of Charles Lavell who was a son of Dr. Michael Lavell. Contains poems, short essays, signatures and stickers.
The fonds consists of 25 photographs, with negatives, from a family album dated 1895-1906. Images include Queen's University campus views, interiors and exteriors of Kingston homes on Alwington and Bagot streets and Victoria School.
