Fonds consists of research material; manuscripts; legal and financial records; genealogies; maps and plans; photographs; clippings; and sound recordings relating to various projects including the history of the Cataraqui Cemetery Company, the history of the Village of Cataraqui, the history of the Village of Williamsville, the portratits of Kingston's mayors hanging in City Hall, Kingston streets, Kingston inns, noteworthy women of Kingston, and miscellaneous Kingston families; interview with Harold Riley reminiscing about growing up in Cataraqui, Ontario.
The collection is comprised of correspondence and poems addressed to both Mr. and Mrs Marlow, together and individually covering a variety of social topics such as visits, invitations, marriages, etc., along with some Oxford University business such as leasing of lands, etc. Also includes lists of bishops in England and India [ca. 1769-1832].
The collection consists of licenses to marry without publication of bans, marriage certificates and affidavits of marriage, 1804-1881. Also includes marriage licenses issued by government in Kingston, 1841-1842.
Fonds consists of the constitution, by-laws and minutes of Martha's Table, as well as the organisations application for charitable status and volunteer training materials.
