This collection contains material documenting various land transactions concerning Lot 4 in the 1st Concession in the Township of South Fredricksburgh, County of Lennox and Addington. This location was a family farm which was bought and sold a number of times over the hundred and fifty years represented in the records. The transactions reflect the dealings of the following families: McTagert; Thompson; Jenny; Sillmand; Close; Leech; Wright; and Morton.
