Fonds consists of correspondence, minutes, financial records, conference files, news releases, and photographs relating to the IEEE Canadian Foundation, along with its two originating bodies, the Institute of Electrical Engineers and the Institute of Radio Engineers, and the Hamilton Sector of the Canadian Branch.
The collection consists of postcards and photographs showing mines in Timmins and Porcupine, Ontario. The collection includes images of McEnany Mine B, McIntyre Mine, Hollinger Gold Mine, Dome Mine, South Porcupine and Main St. Timmins.
Fonds consists of reports from individual Kingston chapters, correspondence, fundraising records, minutes, and other material relating to the operations of the Kingston Municipal Chapter of the IODE.

The fonds consists of copies and transcriptions of records relating to World War I and World War II; the Colby Collection description; calendars of some records; 106 photographs relating to World War II; and finding aids for several collections in the museum, including the papers of Sir Henry Tizard, 1885-1959.
The album depicts scenes of: Kingston - Murney Tower, City Park, Richardson Pavillion, Court House, Water Works; Kingston Mills - Old Mill, train bridge, Blockhouse; Thousand Islands; Rideau Canal; and various social functions - picnics, boating, bicycle riding. The album has been dismantled and the photographs individually sleeved.
