The collection consists of copied plans for Kingston town hall and Kingston market house as well as a house plan on St. Denis Street in Montreal for the Heirs Hunt. There is one original set of plans, attributed to George Browne, for the Bank of Montreal (Frontenac Club) on King Street, Kingston.

Collection consists of correspondence, diary, poetry, prose, biographical articles, critical commentaries, news clippings, photographs, scrapbook, and miscellaneous items relating to his library and estate. Microfilm material consists of correspondence from 1890-1906 and a diary from 1861-1864. Also included is the manuscript for "The Golden dog" from 1877, in both original (2055, 8-9) and microfilm formats.

Collection consists of George William Russell (AE) manuscripts, 1905-1934, and manuscripts.

Antietam Battle Maps. Fourteen charts and maps related to the Battle of Antietam, September 17, 1862. The charts list the officers, the corps, the divisions and the brigades of both the Union and Confederate armies. The battle maps document the various portions of the two armies throughout the battle. Robert Blenderman sketches. Illustrate the proposals for the Frontenac County Jail and walls made by the Save the Jail Committee of the Sydenham Ward Ratepayers' Association.

The collection consists of both Leal's own photographs and those he collected. There is a large number of portrait photographs which are arranged by surname but are undated. There are also a number of personal photographs which are listed by date (1937-1953) and topic and include such subject matter as the royal visit of King George to Kingston in 1939, some World War II activities, social events of the Canadian Locomotive company as well as collected photographs of air races, 1928-1930. There are also a number of commercial business photographs.

The fonds consists of bargain and sale indentures, deeds, grants, leases, and proclamations re. seizure of property of deserters after War of 1812. Includes correspondence regarding Belleville, 1816, and several items relating to land matters in the Ottawa area. In 1763, the British Crown began to issue grants of land in Ontario, largely to attract British settlers to Canada. These grants were made by way of location tickets or occupation permits. Land certificates were made to veterans and United Empire Loyalists. Grants of land ranged from 200-5000 acres, depending on the rank of the soldier.

Collection consists of correspondence, published and manuscript poetry, and photographs relating to Bliss Carman, Charles G.D. Roberts, Kate Eastman, Lorne Pierce, and Dr. Ernest Fewster and his wife, Grace E. Smith.

Collection consists of memorabilia relating to various family members' time at Queen's University, with the majority of items from Margaret Purcell Arts'30 and her husband Charles Green Science ' 31. This includes photographs around Queen's campus and Kingston, and the diplomas and convocation hoods for Margaret Purcell Green and Charles Stanley Green.

The collection consists of research material, possibly collected by Mr. Gerald Boyce, relating to Ku Klux Klan activities in Belleville and Kingston, Ontario. Includes notes of an interview with Mrs. Everett Bell from March 1966, a copy of a letter from Mrs. Bell to Gerald Boyce, and copies of an article from The Observer (15 Dec. 1965) titled "The KKK: How the Klan came to Canada."
