Collection consists of Minute Books, including copies of land deeds, subscription lists, and accounts for Waterloo School House, later known as School Section No. 8 in the Township of Kingston, and subsequently changed to School Section No. 6 in the Township of Kingston; and teaching contracts; World War Two "Gasoline License and Ration Coupon books, an Savings Stamps; postcards and a photograph relating to Kingston, the 1954 Royal Visit to Kingston, and his great grandfather, William Saul; and a taped interview with his grandfather.
This collection consists of correspondence and subject files. Almost all of the correspondence is from Lorne Pierce to his sister Sara Chester, but a few letters are from Edith Pierce to Sara Chester. The correspondence for 1943 contains an interesting letter in which Lorne Pierce describes Sir Charles G.D. Robert's funeral and his place in Canadian literary history. The subject files include press comments on Lorne Pierce's 25th anniversary with Ryerson, and articles on his retirement.

Most of the originals are held in the UK at the Cambridge University Library and further copies reside at the John Innes Centre. They provided primary materials for "Treasure Your Exceptions. Collection consists of nitrate negatives; and thumbnail prints of Vosper Family members including Dr. Louis Llewlyn, Charlotte Vosper; Kingston and district scenes; and the family cottage on Oak Lake, near Peterborough, Ontario; correspondence regarding the unveiling of the Sharpshooter's Monument in Ottawa, legal documents relating largely to James Agnew, Solicitor for the City of Kingston, early petition to the Mayor of the Town of Kingston, Ontario seeking remission of taxes, and a list of those cadets attending the first class at the Royal Military College, Kingston, Ontario, in 1876, as well as a list of "Officers on the R.M.C. College Staff from 1876 till present date - 1902."
Fonds consists of business ledgers from the Barker Grist and Saw Mill, General Store, and Funeral Home located in Arden, Kennebec Township, Ontario; land records relating to Joseph Barker; clippings of the Barker family including John B., W.O. Clark, and Frank Barker; photographs.
Collection consists of photocopy (2007) of the "Attestation Paper"; and photograph of Lieutenant John Arthur Dalton of Kingston; a press photograph ["Chicago Tribune"] of officials of the newly formed National Unity Party (a.k.a. Canadian Nazi Party) at a convention in Kingston, Ontario, held 2 July 1938, an article copied from the "Toronto Star" (4 July 1938), and a brief biographical sketch of Party leader Adrien Arcand.
Collection consists of records relating to the founding of the Toronto Stock Exchange by Herbert Mortimer and others; financial records; genealogical material pertaining to Herbert and other members the Mortimer Family; and early real estate maps of Durham (1882) and Port Arthur, Ontario (1887), "Railway Guide to Manitoba", issued by the provincial government (1887), and the City of Vancouver ('Canadian Pacific Town Site' - 1887).
Collection consists of a "Subscribers Ticket" for the 1855 Kingston Assemblies, and the 'Stewards" named on this document reads like a virtual "Who's Who" of Kinsgton society for that year.
This collection consists of memorabilia from Hickey's time at Queen's University during the 1940's. Some of the material is inserted in a scrapbook and some is loose. The collection includes dance cards and dinner menus for various social events such as the Dog Patch Drag, Bohemian Ball, Fall Brawl and Arts and Medicine Formals. Other ephemera includes shooting range targets, war aid materials, flyers and pamphlets regarding the University Centennial in 1941 and student government elections (AMS), intercollegiate debates, drama guild and glee club productions. There are also a small number of items which pertain to the town of Kingston such as theatre playbills and tickets, the programme for the Kingston Ice Follies and various taxi cards.
