Colection consists of material related to a wide gamut of Queen's activities and events including texts of addresses, notes related to coat of arms, crest, anniversaries, convocations, songs, student notes, class reunions, visitors, World War One and World War Two.

Manuscript letters and lease book typed transcripts, photostats from National Archives and printed materials concerning the creation and disposition of Clergy Reserves of land in Upper Canada 1791-1856.

Collection consists of Queen's University student notes in physics and philosophy by Minnie W. Murray, 1891-1892, Queen's printed calendars, programmes and memorabilia, 1919-1948 and graduating class pictures, n.d. and 1922.

The fonds consists of microfilm reels of material drawn together from the extant manuscripts and papers in Britain of Thomas Hardy. It contains most of the manuscripts in the Thomas Hardy Memorial Collection held by the Dorset County Museum and further manuscripts from the British Museum, Aberdeen University, Queens College, Oxford University College, Dublin, the Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge, the Bodleian Library, Oxford, Birmingham Museum and the Royal Archives at Windsor Castle. It represents a comprehensive collection of the original manuscripts, typescripts and proofs of the novels, dramatisations, short stories, essays, poems, biographies and personal papers of the Dorset novelist and poet including The Woodlanders, Far from the Madding Crowd, The Trumpet Major and Jude the Obscure.

The collection consists of a scrapbook of newsclippings related to the Kingston Flying Club. The scrapbook also consists of clippings regarding the career of W.H Herrington, President of the Kingston Flying Club.

Four architects' sketches of Fleming and Carruthers Hall (School of Mining), Ontario Hall (Physics) Kingston and Grant Hall (Convocation Hall) from east and west.

The collection consists of four scrapbooks compiled by Miss Mary Cartwright, about the career and death of Sir Richard Cartwright, and one printed volume 'The Picnic Speeches' 1877 (Globe Printing and Publishing Co.; Toronto, 1878).

The fonds consists of collected correspondence about the life and work of Alexander Muir, as well as photographs and press clippings gathered from various archives and libraries in preparation for commemorative activities carried out by the Queen's Alumni office. Original correspondence relating to the commemorative activities is also present.

Fonds consist of both First and Second Class examination papers for students administered by the County of Lennox & Addington Board of Public Instruction.
