Fonds predominantly consists of records created and maintained by the Fund in pursuit of their goal to grant funds for projects which carry out the aims of the organization. Also contains governance records such as minutes, annual reports, and policies relating to the Endowment Council.
Canadian First World War Internment Recognition Fund
Fonds consists of materials created by W.D. Jordan Rare Books and Special Collections. Materials consist mainly of correspondence pertaining to administration, conservation, acquisition, loans, committee and staff meetings, and reorganization of the library.
The fonds consists of textual records documenting Ristvedt's involvement in a number of arts and local environmental organizations over the years as well as a small number of records pertaining to her practice. The fonds is comprised of seven series: Friends of the Salmon River; Royal Canadian Academy of Arts; Local/ Regional Organizing; Kingston Artists' Association Inc. (K.A.A.I.); National Arts Service Organization (NASO); Teaching; and, Personal.
Fonds contains Faculty yearbooks (1899-1927) and 'Tricolor/Tricolour' Yearbooks (1928-2009); photographs taken for the 'Tricolour '90' Yearbook, including students, their activities and events, campus and community scenes and events; colour and black and white prints, page layouts from the 1991 'Tricolour' Yearbook; colour slides, black and white negatives, prints and contact sheets from the 1992 'Tricolour' Yearbook; black and white negatives from the Golden Words, circa 1980's; funeral of John Deutsch; photographs (1994-1997).
Fonds consists of photographs of Maureen Armstrong and her classmates while at Queen's, and includes such buildings as Muir House, Macdonnell House, and LaSalle Barracks No. 8 and No. 9, as well as the 1950-1951 Queen's Women's Hockey Team, the Phys-Ed Ski Team, and a candle lighting ceremony.
