Fonds consists of correspondence, manuscripts, diaries, speeches, lectures, research notes, writings, published works, subject files, photographs and material related to organizations to which Lower belonged. Literary files from the Executors of the estate of A.R.M. Lower which include unpublished articles. Also included is an audio tape recorded in Kingston, Ont., April 13, 1971 which is a discussion of recent Canadian history, as well as Dr. Lower's views as expressed in the book Canadians in the Making. Dr. Lower also answers various questions concerning his philosophy of history as it relates to his philosophy of life.
