Fonds consists of eleven photographic copies of pen and ink on linen drawings, executed by the Boston architect, Frank T. Lent, for two separate, yet similar, plans of a summer home designed for Dr. Edward Atkinson, to be located on Big White Calf Island in the Thousand Islands, Ontario. Also included are drawings for Bermingham House amd Carter House.

Fonds comprises correspondence written by Alister Mathews to his client, Mary F. Williamson, in reference to the sale of old master drawings and watercolours (1956-1972). Also included are catalogues of works that Mathews had on offer (1949-1982, 1987) accompanied by the occasional photograph of a specific work. There are also a few invoices for purchased work. Also includes photographs of art bought and sold by Alister Mathews in the course of his work as an art dealer. Photographs record details and sales information on the reverse. Some correspondence with Fenella Cecil, John Sunderland, and Sir Anthony Blunt.

Isabel K. Eddy fonds

The fonds consists of a number of booklets written by Isabel K. Eddy (IKE) relating to various family members. 'The Life of Robert Harkness, 1833-1883', and 'A Captain's Story: Donald Norval Eddy ~ 1918-1945', are tributes to her grandfather, and brother-in-law and his family, respectively. The former recounts among many, the story, based on letters home, of Robert Harkness' adventures with the famous cross-country trek of the Overlanders. The latter tells the story, based largely on letters he wrote home as well, of Donald Norval Eddy's time in England and France, as a Captain with the Royal Canadian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, during World War Two. 'Thomas Henry Race, 1845-1924', tells the remarkable story of her paternal grandfather, from his days as an eye-witness at the Battle of Gettysburg, to his move to Mitchell, Ontario, where he began publishing the 'Mitchell Recordor', to his time as a Trade Commissioner, as a result of a political appointment arranged by Prime Minister Sir Wilfrid Laurier, attending a large Exhibition in New Zealand. 'Letters of a Subaltern', divided into three parts, contain letters (1941-1945) home from the front during World War Two, from her husband-to-be, Robert C. Eddy.

Tyendinaga Indian Agency fonds

Fonds consists of microfilmed copies of records created and/or maintained by the Tyendinaga Indian Agency. The records are comprised of two bound volumes containing records of sales of Indian lands, a bound cash book recording monies collected for the rental and sale of Indian lands, miscellaneous receipts and letters from the area's inhabitants to the Agent at Tyendinaga, annual census returns of the Native population in the Agency, ten blotter-copy letterbooks and a scrapbook. The letters are written mainly to officials of the Department of Indian Affairs in Ottawa and are concerned with administrative matters, problems arising from the rental and sale of lands, requests for supplies and money for schools and the church, and complaints of the Native population. Each letterbook contains an alphabetical subject index at the beginning. Copies of the minutes of Band Council Meetings are included in the Agent's reports. The scrapbook contains typed historical information on the Native population and pictures and clippings of local activities and accomplishments.
