Consists of Dr. Bennett's notes from his time as a medical student at Queen's University from 1916 to his graduation in 1921. Notes are those he took from courses and lectures in all major areas of medical studies, and include notes from his studies in the treatment of tuberculosis, sanitary science, psychiatry, preventative medicine etc. There are also some photographs of colleagues, printed material, diplomas and awards.
Fonds consists of biographical files compiled and maintained by the Department, including photos of Dr. J.A. Corry, Dr. John J. Deutsch, Roland Michener, Chancellor Stirling and Ronald L. Watts; images of people, life, scenes, and events on the University campus taken over the years (1985-1997) by various staff members of the 'Queen's Gazette (V053 and V135)'; photographs of buildings, events, and honorary degree recipients (1960-1988) (V048); photographs of the 1991 Royal Visit to Queen's University, and the opening of the Jemmett & Stewart- Pollack Wings of Fleming Hall; interview with officials on "Radio Noon" (CBC/CBO 1310), regarding the gift of Herstmonceaux Castle by Alfred and Isabel Bader to Queen's University (8 January 1993); and the Convocation address given by Donald Sutherland upon his receipt from the University of an honorary degree (May 1995); promotional and other videos depicting events, buildings, and individuals associated with Queen's University both on and off campus.
