Correspondence between Joseph Landon and various individuals regarding land business and legal papers. Includes a 1806 copy of the statutes of His Majesty, Province of Upper-Canada in North-America, a 1828 note of acreage under cultivation, description of animal markings for determining ownership of various sheep and cattle in the area, an Inn Keeping Licence granted to Joseph Landon, indentures and mortgages and various other papers. Also in the fonds is a record book of various declarations by different individuals and the roles and jobs they were undertaking for the township; jobs such as Pound Keeper, Path master, Overseer of Highways, Assessor, Collector, etc.
The fonds consists of photographs of buildings on the campus of Queen's University at Kingston, many of which were subsquently torn down to make way for the construction of Chernoff Hall and the new Residences.
The fonds consists of correspondence, subject files relating to his term as Vice-Principal (Finance), private research reports, speeches and reports. There are several files relating to accounting, municipal budgeting and the Ontario Committee on Health Care Costs.
Fonds consists of financial records; patient notes; Confinement and Appointment Books; and personal notebooks, relating largely to his medical practice in Sudbury, Ontario.

Catherine Lock Plans. 1956, Welland Ship Canal construction photos (1923) Phi Sigma Kappa Certificate of Initiation for Francis Stuart Lazier (1904). Four boxes of photographs and negatives, approximately 1705 photographs and 1198 Negatives. The negatives were left in the original wooden box which was constructed for them. The four photo albums contain photos from the “Iroquois Constructors Ltd., Toronto. Construction of the Robert H. Saunders-St. Lawrence Generating Station for the Hydro-Electric Power Commission of Ontario. Cornwall, Ontario. 1955-1959.” The photos in these albums were taken by P. Mickles, F.F. Newton and K.D. Morawski.
