The fonds consists of correspondence, legal documents and financial records of Nathan Ford, agent for Samuel Ogden, proprietor of Ogdensburg, 1797, his brother, David Ford, Morristown, N.Y., and of succeeding generations who married into the Jones family, Brockville, Ont.
Letters, pictures and article by J.D. McLennan concerning the donation to Queen's Museum in March 1898 of the quern belonging to the McQuaig family of Glengarry county. The history of these particular querns dates back to early days in Scotland, c.1700.

The fonds consists of a small amount of correspondence, some subject files and copies, typescript and printed, of his newspaper column in the Toronto Telegram. The correspondence and files represent to the two periods that Greer was a researcher for the Ontario Liberal Party, first under John Wintermeyer and then under Stuart Smith. The newspaper columns, arranged chronologically, cover the period 1966 to 1980.
The fonds consists of correspondence, articles, notebooks and photographs from the earlier period of Gregory's career, involving the Weekly Sun and the Continental Union Movement, and from his later years having to do with public affairs. There is no correspondence of a purely personal nature. Noted personages who are well represented include Goldwin Smith, Henri Bourassa, Sir Wilfred Laurier and Mackenzie King. There is a large number of pamphlets, addresses and publication, relating specifically to commercial union, continental union, and Canada First; material relating to Goldwin Smith; a typewritten draft of Gregory's projected autobiography, which he never completed; as well as several letter-books, scrapbooks and diaries.
