Collection consists of photographs of 11 St. Lawrence Street and 198 Stuart Street, prior to their demolition to make space for new campus residences at 194 Stuart Street, Kingston, Ontario; and slides of those houses on University Avenue, Kingston, Ontario, that were either moved to a new location, or were demolished to make way for the new Stauffer Library at Queen's.

The fonds consists of five series of household and personal invoices, 1925-1953, of Professor Oliver Tiffany Macklem and Mrs. Katherine Bermingham Macklem, and a letter pressbook of business correspondence 1882 of Cornelius Bermingham and James Harty of Canadian Locomotive Company. There is also a collection of family photographs and a scrapbook with infant's Queen's tricolour sweater.

The fonds consists of photographs taken during World War II, his work as a portraitist and photographic artist in Ottawa, and his work as a photographer in Prince Edward County (Ont.). A large series of subject files add background information to the collection, while newsclippings include interviews with Mr. Thompson and articles about his work.

Photographs showing: Peter Lee and family; his Grand Gardens night club in Montreal; group picture of the memorial service for Dr. Sun Yat Sen, 12 April 1925; the first Chinese baby born in Kingston, 1923; Grand Cafe interior, 222 Princess St.; and views of Princess Street buildings in the 1920's.

The fonds consists of photographs by staff and freelance photographers, correspondence, employee paybooks (1926-1933), news clippings and subject files (ca. 1955-1975) and an interview, conducted by staff reporter Murray Hogben, with James Alexander Corry, former Principal of Queen's University at Kingston (1980). Also includes souvenir edition of the Whig in honour of Queen's University's second century (October 16, 1964).

Fonds consists of Minute Books of the Kingston Lawn Bowling Club and its antecedents and affiliates, including the Queen's (Lawn) Bowling Club, and the Kingston Women's (Ladies) Lawn Bowling Club; Letters Patent and copy of the original Land Deed; a history of the Club; legal and financial records; subject files; photographs; and clippings.
