Includes A 2.1 : 010, F B3.2 : 003. Records of Office, Committee on Campus Planning and Sub-Committee on Grounds. Plans pertaining mostly to proposed landscaping of various areas of Queen's Campus, 1972-1987 and the architectural drawings of many of the Queen's heritage buildings. Also includes files on properties bought or considered to be bought by Queen's, and slides of Queen's buildings taken in 1975-1977.

Fonds consists of office files, including correspondence ("Greens" and "Blues"); subject files; reports; appointment books; Annual Reports of the Principal (1910-1968); meeting and committee records; notes and slides for visit to Asia (November 1997); a VHS copy of the Welcome Ceremony Address to the Class of 2006, by Tom Cavanagh (2 September 2002), plus footage of the 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. news coverage by local Kingston television station CKWS. Fonds consists of subject files from the Alumni Review Office; submissions received from alumni in response to a call by the Editor for recollections of life as a student at Queen's University, or memories of an event or person including 'Queen's Clans', 'Ralfe J. Clench', 'Nancy Malloy', and 'Robert Sutherland'; submissions to 'Wartime Memories', which formed the basis for the 1995, and the revised 1996 publication, capturing alumni memories of the Second World War, entitled, 'Queen's Goes to War: 'The best and the worst of times ...''; photographs of numerous Queen's University football teams; photographs of Upper Canada Village; transcripts of interviews with Dr. Margaret Angus, A.D. McGinnis, Dr. Stewart Webster, and Clara Brooke, undertaken as part of the Review's on-going "Oral History Project"; copy of article, plus original typescript, authored by Alfred Bader describing his time spent as a prisoner in a Canadian internment camp, compact disk containing images of the shirt he wore while interned; and bound volumes of the "Queen's Alumni Review".

Queen's University. Students' Memorial Union fonds
Fonds consists of correspondence, lists, card files, photographs, photographic negatives, and clippings regarding those alumni, graduates, students, and staff who served and/or died during World War One and World War Two, and whose names were memorialized in the Union's War Memorial Room. Also included are minutes of the Student's Memorial Union Council 1922-1966; blueprints; ledger, photographs, and press clippings. The 10th Field Company Canadian Engineers series also includes material from 10th Batallion Canadian Engineers after it was formed from the 10th Field Company Canadian Engineers and detachment from the 124th Batallion (G.G.B.G.) 4th pioneers, 2nd Tunnelling Company Canadian Engineers and 14th Field Company Canadian Engineers.

Fonds consists of "The Clark Papers: Letters from former students and well wishers of Professor Reg Clark upon his retirement from Queen's University, 1954-1992"; being letters of appreciation from former students, bound and presented to Dr. Reginald H. Clark upon his retirement from the Department of Chemical Engineering. In addition there are his lecture and course notes of the "Nature, Science and Man" interdisciplinary environmental studies course he designed in the 1970s.

Jackson and material relating to Lionel Le Moine Fitzgerald, Edmond Dyonnet, Charles Comfort and others.

Collection consists of legal documents relating to Robert Headlam, his clients and others, plus his legal successors, including a rare Indenture, printed several years prior to any previously known document having been commercially produced by him.
The fonds consists of the professional and private records of Bob Fleming from 1952 to 2005. It includes all aspects of his professional life [excluding PACE Magazine years - see KRH holdings] from his work with Moral Re-Armament in the 1950s-1960s, his consultancy as R.J. Fleming & Associates (1970s) and Robert J. Fleming International Research (1980s-1990s), his work with Robert L. Stanfield, his twelve-year term as Director of Administration of Ontario's Legislative Assembly, his work on the publication "Canadian Legislatures", and the creation and administration of YES Canada. The fonds also includes personal records including an unpublished memoir, correspondence with family, friends and colleagues, legal papers, notes and memos, and other material.
